These Terms govern your use of the Get Outboard website and your purchase of products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & pricing
We work to display accurate product details and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. All motors are sold new with the applicable manufacturer warranty.
Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment (including any installment-plan down payment) is due as shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier; freight shipments are insured.
Installment plan
Our installment plan requires 50% down with the balance payable over up to 36 months under the terms shown at checkout. Missed payments may result in collection of the remaining balance as permitted by law.
Returns & warranty
Returns are governed by our Returns policy and warranty claims by the manufacturer's warranty. Installed or operated motors cannot be returned.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
