We want you on the water with the right motor. If something isn't right, uninstalled, brand-new motors in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Get your RMA
We'll issue a return authorization and arrange freight pickup.
Pack it up
Re-crate the motor in its original packaging exactly as it arrived.
Refund issued
Once it's back and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method.

30-Day Window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on new, uninstalled motors in original packaging.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection, back to your original payment method.
Damaged in Transit?
Freight damage is on us — note it on delivery and we'll replace or repair right away, no return needed.
What can't be returned
Motors that have been installed, fueled, or run cannot be returned (this is a manufacturer rule — once a motor is started it's considered used). Special-order configurations and clearance items may be final sale; we'll always tell you up front. Return freight on a change-of-mind return is the customer's responsibility; defective or mis-shipped items ship back free.
